If you need your custom sculpture in a hurry (within two weeks of ordering) OR by a particular date, PLEASE CONTACT RACHEL BEFORE ORDERING!
Time scales CAN NOT be guaranteed unless Rachel has agreed the booking time slot BEFORE ORDERING THE SCULPTURE.
Rachel can usually achieve the deadlines but they must be agreed upon first. PLEASE ORDER EARLY TO AVOID MISSING OUT

SHIPPING/POSTAL COSTS

Shipping inside the UK is usually under £5 but varies outside the UK.
If you want to see shipping cost to your country from the UK, please add the item to your cart and add your address BEFORE PAYING.
The website calculates each item by parcel weight and country. You will be able to see the shipping cost before you pay.

NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Custom Sculptures
Custom made sculptures are unique and bespoke which means only one sculpture is made by hand and painted especially for you. We can not re-sell this commissioned piece, as your pet is unique, so the following terms are put in place to avoid potential problems.
After the start of your sculpture, 50% of your payment is non refundable. This is because it covers my working time (my wages) and materials and admin.
If you decide to cancel your commission after I begin your sculpture - you will recieve 50% of your payment back plus the full shipping/postal payment.
If you cancel your commission after the sculpture is finished but still unpainted - you will be refunded 25% of the custom sculpture cost and full shipping/postage cost.
If you cancel your commission when the item has been fully finished and custom painted but not sent to you - you will receive a postage/shipping refund only.
If you cancel your commission when the item has been fully finished and sent to you - you will not receive a refund.

Please click the Facebook button below ONCE YOU HAVE ORDERED to get to Forever Home Studios Facebook page and send photos BY MESSAGE.
PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND INVOICE/RECIEPT NUMBER from your order.
You can upload your photos directly to Facebook message from your phone or computer.
UPLOAD YOUR PHOTOS TO OUR DROPBOX:
I will send a link to Forever Home Studios Dropbox by the email that you have provided with your order. click on the link and proceed to UPLOAD your photos.
