Pygmy hedgehog for Valentines Day

I'm starting seven new sculpts for Valentines day... this one is a little pygmy hedgehog.

You'll understand why this post is entitled "Popping Balloons" as this sculpture progresses and I will add more photos to this post as I progress with him.

They always look a little odd to start with!

Pygmy hedgehog sculpture as yet unfinished!

He still looks rather strange but will look very cute once the detailing and expressions on his face are added!

He is roughly 3cm x 3cm, and has dimpled cheeks! There is still more to do to him and additional pieces to add to the finished piece.
