Cute mini pots of colourful paints are available to order from the Paints and Brushes page or you can simply use your own acrylic paints and paint brushes.

Please note: The size of our Paintapet bases are detailed and small. They are made for adults to paint (see size above). These are not suitable for children under 10 to paint.

We only accept returns of a PAINTPET bases if they are left in original condition with packaging and COMPLETELY UNPAINTED. We will not accept any returns which have been fully or partly painted or for any customer painting related problems.

We package our parcels very carefully and we hope you receive items in good condition. However, if you find that your item is broken or damaged upon arrival, please send photographs of the packaging and of the condition of the piece by email: forever.home.studios@gmail.com

The courier service we use is myHermes. We find they represent the best value in terms of safe delivery of our goods and no parcels disappearing in the postal system, as they are all tracked. If you supply your email address upon ordering, we can send you a tracking number so you can track your parcel.

We aim to deliver to you within 8 working days but your item will usually arrive sooner.

We do not supply our unpainted/blank paintapet figurines businesses/pet rescues/companies/freelance artists to paint or resell to customers or followers (neither for profit or non profit). Arising resale issues may have a possible negative effect on your own safety and consumer rights!

We retain the right to refuse sale of figurines to anyone ordering from us, who is found to be supplying/reselling our product and has not obtained permissions by contract from Forever Home Studios. Any such resale, if found, will be taken very seriously.
