HOW TO ORDER...

Once you have read the commissions page you simply add this item to your basket/cart and pay. Then send me photographs via Facebook Message OR with the dropbox link email that I will send to your email address provided on your order (you will recieve this email within 12 hours of ordering)

I will begin the sculpture within a few days and I will send you photos of the sculpture in progress for you to enjoy. The process of seeing your pet being created is always quite fun and exciting!
 
PLEASE NOTE:
Custom made sculptures are unique and bespoke which means only one sculpture is made by hand and painted especially for you. We can not re-sell this commissioned piece, as your pet is unique, so the following terms are put in place to avoid potential problems.
 
After the start of your sculpture, 50% of your payment is non refundable. This is because it covers my working time (my wages) and materials and admin. 
If you decide to cancel your commission after I begin your sculpture - you will recieve 50% of your payment back plus the full shipping/postal payment. 
If you cancel your commission after the sculpture is finished but still unpainted - you will be refunded 25% of the custom sculpture cost and full shipping/postage cost.
If you cancel your commission when the item has been fully finished and custom painted - you will recieve a postage/shipping refund only.
 
Sculpting time varies between 14 hours to 36 hours per pet once I start a sculpture.(Painting can take approximately an hour) I will send your initial sculpture photographs to you within 5 working days of ordering, depending on my workload, but usually its only two or three days before I can send photos!
 
POSTAGE:
Postage will be added to the order depending on your country and weight of your parcel. When you add an item to your basket you can type in your address and it will add shipping/postage cost, so you can see how much the shipping costs BEFORE YOU CHECKOUT.

Once you have ordered you can send me your photos in two different ways...

DROPBOX 
When you order I will send you an email request/link for photographs from Forever Home Studios DROPBOX, so you can simply upload any photos of your pet into your secure folder by clicking on the UPLOAD button on the email. You can then upload any photos to me directly from your phone or computer... Or simply use facebook to message me the photos see link above stating your name order/invoice number)
 
Please send your photographs of the front, back, rump and both sides of your pet, and any photos you think could be useful, when you order. This is so I can re-create your pet as acurately as possible... I can't paint or sculpt what I can't see, so the more acurate your photographs are, the better your pet sculpture will be. 
After I have received your pet photos I will send you a message BY EMAIL or FACEBOOK MESSAGE to tell you when I will start your sculpt and when you will receive your first photographs usually within 2 days, if not right away!
 
Once you're happy with your sculpture, we will parcel up your pet/guinea pig and send them on their travels by Royal Mail. We will send you a tracking number for your pet/guinea pig parcel and it should arrive within few days (for UK orders). Countries outside the UK may take a while longer depending on your country's customs clearance etc.

I have only one, rather busy,  pair of hands and I have to book time slots into the diary to create your custom pet around my other jobs for Forever Home Studios... So book early if your order is for a  gift. Although I will always do my best to get the sculpture done in time!
